Megan Goode, Board Chair

In this role, she also supports the Executive Director by providing oversight, strategic input, and she ensures the organization remains aligned with its mission and goals.
Marvin Lazano, Treasurer
The treasurer, Mavin Lazano, oversees the organization's financial reporting and ensures all financial records are accurate and up to date. He is responsible for budget review and maintaining strong fiscal accountability across all operations. In addition, he ensures proper financial tracking systems are in place so that the organization remains transparent, responsible and financially sound.
Kevin Forde, Secretary
The secretary, Kevin Forde, is responsible for maintaining accurate organizational records and documenting meeting minutes. He also ensures that all required documentation is properly organized and compliant with internal standards and governance requirements, supporting clear communication and accountability throughout the organization.
Donnell Goode, Executive Director
The Executive Director oversees the organization's daily operations while leading program development, strategic partnerships, and community engagement efforts. In this role, Donnell Goode works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure accountability, advance the foundation's mission, and execute the organization's long-term strategic vision.
